An old man was going home late one night with his horse and cart after a day’s hard work. When he was not far from his house, the light on the cart went out. He tried but could not mend (修理) it. If you put a buzzard(禿鷹) in a cage without a roof(頂棚), the bird will be a prisoner. Even though it can fly, it can’t fly through the open roof.
