In the middle of the night, Sully's wife was suddenly ill. She had great（痛）pains and rolled（滾動）from side to side, crying, " Oh, my stomach（胃）! Get the doctor! Get the doctor! "
Sully got out of bed and started dressing. As soon as he had put his clothes on, he said, " Now, my dear, are you quite certain that you need the doctor? We must not wake him unless（除非）it is really necessary. "

" Oh, Doctor, " Sully called up to him, " I've very good news for you. My wife was ill with terrible pains. I was on my way to bring you to her, but she called me back and said that the pains had suddenly left her. So you need not come. Go back to bed now, and sleep well! "
