Jacks is the name of a game that is a quite popular(流行) with children. To play jacks, you will need a small rubber ball and ten small metal objects (金屬物) called jacks.
The rulers for this game are very simple (簡單). When the game begins, you put the jacks on the floor or ground in front of you. Toss the ball up (but not too high), pick up one jack, and then catch the ball. Keep the jack in your hand and then go on picking up the other jacks one at a time. You lose your turn if you do not catch the ball, if you do not pick up a jack, or if you drop any jacks from your hand.
When you finish all ten jacks, you now try to do the same thing again but with two jacks at one time. This is more difficult of course. You lose your turn if you make any of the other three mistakes or if you do not pick up two jacks each time!

A small boy sat in his Dad's garage(車庫), working hard on the pictures he was doing. He taught himself drawing. His father, a farmer, was very angry because his son's drawing could not make money for his family, or could help with his own school lessons. Later on, he made other cartoon characters like Donald Duck, Snow White and Three Little Pigs that people enjoy watching very much indeed. Walt Disney passed away in 1966, leaving us very interesting cartoon films, Disneylands and his rich imaginations.

It took George quite a while to find a parking place (停車場) for his car and in the end he had to leave it in a narrow street, some way from the dentist's (牙科診所). As he got out, he took a look at his watch: his appointment (約定) was at five and he still had twenty minutes to go.
