1.      Frank 今年13歲，是班上的好學(xué)生。

2.      他喜歡吃炸魚（fried fish）,炸雞和冰其淋，很少吃水果和蔬菜。健康狀況不是很好，想改變飲食和生活方式。

3.      現(xiàn)在他每天做運動約半小時，每周打籃球兩次，而且經(jīng)常吃蔬菜和水果。這對他的健康有好處。

Frank’s lifestyle

Frank is a thirteen –year –old boy . He is a good student in his class .He likes eating fried fish ,fried chicken and ice cream. But he hardly ever eats friut and vegetables .He isn’t very healthy and wants to change  his diet and lifestyle. Now he does sports for about half an hour every day .  And he plays basketball twice a week .Besides ,he often eats a lot of vegetables and fruit now .It is good for his heath and he feels much better now .
