My name is Sam. I joined a club called “passing help” last month . Now let me tell you why I joined it.
One evening this May, on my way home my old car broken down(出故障). It was 25 miles from my home. I wanted to get a ride(搭便車), but there was no car . It was also hard to take a taxi. I decided to take a bus home .I went to a bus stop nearby.

On the way she told me a story. A few days ago, there wasn't gas(汽油）in her car . An old man drove her up to a gas station and then back to her car.
When we got to my home, I wanted to give her some money to thank her, but she didn't accept it. “I only want to help others and do something nice for somebody. Pass it along. ” She said.

A group of swans flew down to a beach where a crow was jumping around. The crow watched them with disdain.
“You have no flying skills at all!” he said to the swans. “All you can do is to move your wings. Can you turn over in the air? No, that’s beyond you. Let’s have a flying competition. I’ll show you what real flying is!”

“No,” said the crow. He knew he had lost the competition. “I’m in trouble because of my pride! If you don’t help me, I’ll lose my life. . . ”
The swan took pity on him, and took him on his shoulders and flew back to the beach.
